About The Position

Soto Law Firm is seeking a thoughtful, motivated estate planning attorney with at least one year of related experience who is ready to grow within a collaborative, client-focused firm. This position is ideal for an attorney who understands estate planning fundamentals and is eager to deepen their expertise, build a long-term career, and develop into a trusted advisor for clients in a high-touch, relationship-driven practice. This is a primarily client-facing position within a boutique estate planning practice. While you will continue to strengthen your technical foundation, the focus of this role is advising clients, guiding planning decisions, and managing matters from consultation through signing. The firm maintains a steady and reliable client flow, and this position is focused on delivering excellent service and high-quality planning, not on business development quotas. Business generation is welcomed but not required. The firm is committed to developing attorneys who want to build a long-term career in estate planning, with opportunities for increased responsibility, client leadership, and expanded roles.
