About The Position

Legacy Assurance Plan is seeking licensed attorneys to join their network. This is a part-time, virtual, independent contractor (1099) role where attorneys are connected with pre-qualified clients needing estate planning services such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. The company handles marketing, client intake, and administrative tasks, allowing attorneys to focus on legal work. Attorneys will gain experience in various estate planning areas, including business planning, Medicaid asset protection, and special needs planning, with support provided. A peer network is available for collaboration.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
Comfortable advising clients virtually
Existing malpractice insurance

Responsibilities

Control the attorney-client relationship and exercise independent professional judgment.
Advise clients virtually on estate planning needs.
Handle legal work for wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
