About The Position

Legacy Assurance Plan is seeking licensed attorneys to join their network. This is a part-time, virtual, independent contractor (1099) role based in Texas. The company connects attorneys with pre-qualified clients needing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Legacy Assurance Plan handles marketing, client intake, scheduling, document preparation, and plan delivery, allowing attorneys to focus solely on legal work. Attorneys will gain steady case volume, experience in various estate planning areas, and access to a peer network.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing.
• Comfortable advising clients virtually.
• Existing malpractice insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Multi-state licensure is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
