•$20,800 - $62,400•Remote

About The Position

Legacy Assurance Plan connects licensed attorneys with intake-complete, pre-qualified clients seeking wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. The company handles marketing, lead generation, client intake and pre-qualification, consultation scheduling, document printing, deed retrieval, delivery scheduling, plan delivery by trained notaries, trust funding guidance, beneficiary review, client follow-ups, and ongoing service so attorneys can focus on legal work. This is a part-time, virtual role for a Kansas attorney working as an independent contractor (1099). Attorneys control their attorney-client relationships and exercise independent professional judgment. Consultations are conducted virtually on the attorney’s schedule, and attorneys set and may change their availability. The number of plans varies by market and is not guaranteed. Compensation is per plan, based on complexity, starting at $400, with weekly payment. Attorneys maintain their own malpractice coverage; Legacy Assurance Plan covers other costs.
