Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active New Jersey bar admission
No prior estate planning experience required
Strong presence, confidence, and charisma
Comfort speaking in front of groups and leading conversations
A client-first, sales-oriented mindset
Motivation to earn bonuses and exceed income expectations
Professional polish, energy, and emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals and guide them through estate planning options.
Clearly explain legal concepts in plain language and close clients on the spot.
Build trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships.
Present at firm-hosted workshops and educational events.
Represent the firm with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
Educate and inspire prospective clients in a group setting.
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver excellent client experiences.
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development.
Grow legal, communication, and business skills simultaneously.
