About The Position

Stouffer Legal is seeking a full-time Attorney to join their Estate Planning team in Naples, Florida. The role involves meeting with individuals and families interested in estate planning, understanding their concerns and goals, proposing solutions, and guiding them through the decision-making process. The attorney will collect partial payment, and a paralegal team will draft the documents. The attorney will then lead meetings to review the drafted documents with clients, ensuring their understanding and agreement. The firm emphasizes a client-centered approach, professionalism, collaboration, and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Law degree and license to practice in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional law firm environment.
• Ability to engage new clients in initial consultations
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc.)
• Willingness to undergo a background check

• Comfortable presenting estate plans and handling client questions or objections
• Able to follow structured consultation frameworks and maintain high closing rates

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to recommend appropriate estate planning solutions (e.g., Asset Protection Trusts, Revocable Living Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney)
• Guide clients through the full planning process, including document review and execution
• Collaborate with paralegals to ensure timely and accurate document drafting
• Maintain accurate records and client communications using internal systems
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
• Occasionally assist in team-building and professional development events
