This role involves conducting notary closings, coordinating communication with various parties involved in real estate transactions, assisting with the processing of these transactions, and building business relationships with realtors and lenders. Requirements

Proven organization and communication skills
Experience coordinating communication across multiple channels and people
Ability to multi-task and work quickly but accurately
Quality communication skills via email, phone, video, and in-person, including proper grammar and spelling

Nice To Haves

Experience working in the Real Estate Title industry or Real Estate Law is preferred.
A minimum of one year experience in a similar role in a real estate title company

Responsibilities

Support clients and the team by providing outstanding administrative support.
Conduct notary closings (training provided, assistance with obtaining Ohio notary commission available).
Coordinate communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, members, etc., to prepare for closing.
Assist the team with the processing of real estate transactions.
Create or maintain business relationships with realtors and lenders for the continued success of the business.
