About The Position

People's Title is expanding in The Woodlands, serving the Greater Houston area, and is looking for experienced escrow officers with their own relationships who are looking for a better opportunity. This role offers a commission-based compensation plan designed for producers, providing the freedom to build their business without unnecessary corporate restrictions. The model offers flexibility to spend more time with family, travel, work remotely with support, and build your own business while the company handles the operational side. Operational support includes a dedicated order opener, escrow assistant support, funding and disbursement handled through headquarters, compliance, policy production, operational oversight, established systems, technology, underwriter relationships, and marketing/business development support.

Requirements

Experienced escrow officers currently closing 5–100 files per month.
Professionals with established REALTOR®, lender, builder, or investor relationships.
Self-motivated individuals who want unlimited earning potential.
Team players who value exceptional customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

Focus on clients and building business.
Manage and close 5-100 files per month.
Maintain and leverage established REALTOR®, lender, builder, or investor relationships.
Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
Work remotely with the support of an established title company.
Bring existing assistants or teams if applicable.
