About The Position

Stewart, a company recognized for its commitment to employee growth and an inclusive work environment, is seeking an Escrow Data Quality Specialist. This role is part of the Centralized Escrow Accounting (CEA) Service Center, which provides comprehensive escrow accounting and related services to affiliated offices. These services include wire processing, transfers, bank reconciliations, 1099s and escheat reporting, centralized bank account documentation management, management of customer-driven investments, and monitoring of daily transactions and positive pay. The specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the organization’s financial matters, ensuring compliance with financial policies, professional standards, and all applicable laws.

Requirements

High school diploma required.
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.
