They are seeking an experienced Licensed Title Agent/Closer to join their Winter Park Market Team. This role is suited for a title professional who excels at managing relationships, conducting closings, resolving complex transaction issues, and providing an outstanding client experience. The Winter Park team serves a diverse range of transactions and works collaboratively with experienced processors, closers, and operational support staff, while also maintaining direct relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys, and consumers. The company emphasizes personalized service, long-term relationships, and empowering professionals to make customer-centric decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of title insurance, escrow, or closing experience
• Strong understanding of Florida real estate transactions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Florida Title Insurance License
• Existing Realtor, lender, builder, or attorney relationships
• Experience with luxury or high-net-worth transactions
• Experience with RamQuest, Qualia, SoftPro, or similar title software
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Business development mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial real estate closings
• Manage customer relationships throughout the transaction
• Review title commitments and closing requirements
• Coordinate with Realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
• Resolve title and closing issues
• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing packages
• Deliver professional in-person and remote closing experiences
• Support business development efforts and relationship management
• Help maintain the high service standards that define The Closing Agent brand
