About The Position
Independence Title, a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Escrow Assistant for its Westlake Office in Austin, Texas. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting, and vendor management services company that supports real estate transactions for various clients. The Escrow Assistant will coordinate information collection, communicate with customers, handle frontend processing, be trained to prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures, and read contracts and commitments to prepare files for closing.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 2 years of Escrow experience required
- Great communication and customer-oriented skills required
- Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment
- Microsoft Suite proficient
- This is not a work-from-home position.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the collection of information and successfully communicating with customers by phone, email, or in person, as directed by the primary Escrow Officer.
- Handling frontend processing.
- Training to prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures.
- Reading contracts, commitments and orders, in preparation for the closing, as well as assembling the necessary documents to prepare the file.
