About The Position
The Senior ERP Systems Analyst is a key technical resource responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The role translates complex business requirements into effective system solutions, helps ensure optimal system performance, configures systems, and administers system security. The analyst works with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot complex issues, and align the ERP system with strategic business objectives. The position also assists in mentoring and training ERP Systems Analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of direct ERP systems experience.
- Working knowledge of Workday, UKG WFM Pro, or a comparable ERP system.
