Requirements
- Exceptional programming ability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience with Flexflow design and operational support
- Proficiency in SQL/MSSQL, SQL reporting services, and .NET
- Solid understanding of systems integration and interfacing concepts
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Experience with ERP interfacing protocols
- Exposure to diverse business domains and large-scale system deployments
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from customers, business teams, and operations to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
- Design, customize, and implement Flexflow solutions to support new projects, customer requests, and efficiency enhancements.
- Lead and support new customer onboarding in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Standardize solutions and develop comprehensive playbooks for scalable, repeatable project executions.
- Architect and implement system integrations, including Flexflow-Baan ERP, test equipment, and external customer systems.
- Conduct thorough functional and integration testing to ensure robust solution performance.
- Provide day-to-day L2/L3 incident support, including root cause analysis and preventive/corrective actions for Flexflow.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional/technical specifications for development teams.
