Requirements

• Strong programming proficiency
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with Flexflow design and operational support
• Expertise in SQL, MSSQL, SQL Reporting Services, and .NET
• Familiarity with system integration protocols and interfacing concepts
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Baan ERP interfacing
• Exposure to test equipment system integration
• Prior documentation and playbook development experience

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements from customers, business teams, and operations to map tailored solutions.
• Design, customize, and implement Flexflow processes for new projects, customer requests, and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams for seamless new customer onboarding.
• Standardize solutions and develop detailed playbooks and documentation for repeatable project execution.
• Engineer, test, and deploy interfaces between Flexflow, Baan ERP, test equipment, and external customer systems.
• Conduct comprehensive functional and integration testing for solution validation.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 incident support, including root cause analysis and preventive/corrective actions for Flexflow-related issues.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
