Requirements

• Strong programming capabilities
• Advanced analytic and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL/MSSQL, SQL reporting services, and .NET
• Familiarity with systems integration and interfacing protocols
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience documenting playbooks and standard operating procedures
• Exposure to Baan ERP and external system integrations
• Hands-on involvement in customer onboarding processes
• Prior experience with Flexflow design and operational support

Responsibilities

• Gather business and customer requirements to develop tailored ERP solutions
• Customize and implement Flexflow workflows for new projects and efficiency enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless new customer onboarding
• Standardize solutions and create playbooks for repeatable project executions
• Design and implement integrations between Flexflow, Baan ERP, test equipment, and external systems
• Conduct comprehensive functional and integration testing
• Deliver L2/L3 incident support, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
