The primary function of this position is to effectively integrate N365 software, the corporate business operating system, functionalities related to Service into operations to maximize efficiency as well as to train N365 functionality. This role involves leading the integration of N365 software functionalities, serving as a change agent, teaching new processes, and providing feedback to ERP Business Analysts and Management. The specialist will also act as the front line of support for N365 users through the help desk, resolving customer issues, understanding root causes, and using resolutions as teaching opportunities. Additionally, the role requires analyzing data, using problem-solving skills, developing better processes, performing procedural audits, writing training manuals, and assisting with administrative duties.
