ERP Project Manager
About The Position
Maini Consulting is seeking an energetic, client-focused Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects and contribute to its growing delivery practice. The role manages Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, and HCM implementation projects from project initiation through deployment and post-go-live support. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams and works with executive leadership, clients, and delivery teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction. This opportunity is for a motivated project manager seeking to grow an Oracle Cloud consulting career and help shape delivery excellence and client success.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of total project management experience.
- Experience with 4–8 Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Experience with Oracle ERP, SCM, or HCM.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Experience managing project financials.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot.
- Comfort working remotely and traveling to clients; travel is up to 50%.
Nice To Haves
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Consulting background preferred.
