About The Position

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure smooth ERP integration. Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party consultants. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to executive leadership. Facilitate training, change management, and user adoption of ERP systems. Continuously evaluate ERP performance and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ability to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Skills in developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party consultants.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Understanding of organizational policies, data security, and regulatory requirements.
