About The Position

This position is responsible for evolving how WD-40's core technology environment works, specifically the connections between their ERP and other integrated systems. The role involves developing a deliberate roadmap for these integrations, rather than relying on quick fixes. Requirements

Hands-on fluency with iPaaS platforms and an understanding of their future direction.
Working knowledge of integrations and EDI, including the ability to differentiate between iPaaS platforms, point-to-point integration, and tools like Azure Data Factory, as well as the practical differences between APIs and custom integrations.
A proven track record of building and executing a roadmap, including vendor evaluation and decision-making frameworks.
A leadership style that fosters collaboration and connects people, teams, and technologies, avoiding siloed work.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture connecting the ERP to every system plugged into it, including EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, and ISVs, across a company expanding its D365 footprint.
Lead a ~12–18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize the EDI and integration technology the business runs on.
Lead a technical architect and a team of EDI/integration specialists split across the UK and US.
Collaborate with solutions architects to understand their building objectives and provide technical guidance on implementation.
Ensure system integration coherence across all company regions.
