About The Position

Eshratex Cotton Spinning is seeking an experienced SAP/ERP Integration Project Manager to oversee the implementation of SAP ERP across the company. This hybrid role, based at the factory and head office, requires a candidate with a strong background exclusively in cotton spinning companies, a deep understanding of SAP implementation procedures, and proven ability to manage the entire integration process. The project manager will ensure SAP processes align with the company's manufacturing and commercial needs, coordinating with various stakeholders including management, department heads, key users, and the SAP implementation partner to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Requirements

Cotton Spinning Background ONLY, preferably with experience in Industrial / High Volume Capacity manufacturing.
Experience in manufacturing, production planning, inventory, purchasing, sales, quality, maintenance, costing, and finance.
3–7+ years of ERP/SAP experience.
At least 2–3 complete SAP implementation projects.
Strong experience with SAP S Business 1.
Strong manufacturing/industrial experience.
Experience leading cross-functional implementation teams.
Strong knowledge of PP, MM, QM, PM, SD and FI/CO.
Experience with data migration, testing, training, and go-live.
Strong project-management skills.
Excellent English.
Strong communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the implementation of SAP ERP across the company.
Ensure SAP processes, modules, and workflows are properly designed and aligned with the company’s manufacturing and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with managers, management, department heads, key users, and the SAP implementation partner, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed business requirements.
Act as the bridge between Eshratex’s management/users and the SAP implementation partner.
