SAP Project Manager
About The Position
DXC Technology is seeking an SAP Project Manager to manage a team responsible for package software application development and maintenance. This role involves leading projects, allocating resources, and ensuring on-time delivery. The Project Manager will collaborate with senior management to set departmental objectives, promote continuous improvement and learning, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on project progress and financial metrics, fostering an environment of teamwork and effective communication, and proactively identifying and addressing technical and operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Proven experience in team management and software project execution
- Solid technical knowledge in package applications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
