The SAP Project Manager will partner with Information Security and impacted SAP teams to define and manage project backlog, priorities, dependencies, timelines, and delivery plans. This role involves establishing and managing comprehensive project plans across schedule, cost, scope, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. The Project Manager will coordinate activities across matrixed teams using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches, identify logical dependencies, determine critical path activities, and communicate key tasks and milestones. Proactive identification of plan variances and development of mitigation strategies are essential. The role requires monitoring project deliverables against approved scope, schedule, and budget, escalating concerns with clear impact statements and recommended options. Managing project risks throughout the lifecycle, engaging stakeholders for informed decision-making and issue resolution, and tailoring communications for different audiences are key responsibilities. Maintaining accurate project artifacts, recording and monitoring project actuals and forecasts against the budget, and recommending process deviations are also part of the role. Leveraging project management best practices, technical knowledge, and organizational awareness to mitigate risks and improve outcomes, as well as mentoring others and seeking opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness, are expected.
