About The Position

This role supports a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration program, transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4. The Project Manager will lead a functional workstream (such as Finance/RTR, Procure-to-Pay, or Order-to-Cash), driving execution across data migration, testing, and deployment activities while partnering with business, IT, and SAP stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Project Management supporting enterprise system implementations
2+ years of experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations (ECC to S/4 preferred)
Experience managing functional workstreams such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), or Order-to-Cash (OTC)
Strong understanding of SAP business processes across finance, procurement, or supply chain operations
Hands-on experience coordinating data migration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities
Familiarity with SAP tools and concepts including Migration Cockpit, Fiori, and system integrations
Experience working with SAP consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors
Proficiency with project tracking tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Clarity
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-facing updates

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting large-scale or multi-phase SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Exposure to cloud-hosted SAP environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance)
PMP certification or advanced degree

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery of a SAP S/4HANA migration workstream, ensuring alignment to project plans, timelines, and milestones
Oversee critical migration phases including data migration, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live readiness
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables across the assigned functional area
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies specific to S/4HANA migration efforts
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP functional/technical consultants
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless execution across finance, procurement, or supply chain processes
Track and report progress using KPIs, metrics, and project tools, ensuring on-time delivery
Proactively manage and resolve roadblocks, issues, and resource constraints within the workstream
Manage budget tracking, resource utilization, and cost alignment for assigned project scope
Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) during migration
Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilization activities
Support post-migration stabilization and hypercare activities
Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to optimize business processes leveraging S/4HANA capabilities
