About The Position

As a member of the Innovation Team, you will join a diverse, dynamic group of highly motivated individuals that bring with them a wide array of talents, skills, and backgrounds, for this new role. The ERP Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system across multiple departments in the organization. This role ensures the ERP platform operates efficiently, supports business processes, and delivers accurate and timely data to stakeholders. The ERP Analyst works closely with departmental leaders to understand operational needs, troubleshoot system issues, and implement improvements. This position plays a key role in stabilizing the ERP environment post-implementation, driving user adoption, and supporting continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live stabilization
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or similar)
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data management
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–7 years of experience supporting ERP systems or business applications
  • Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP or other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for ERP system users across multiple companies and locations
  • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve errors, and escalate technical problems as require
  • Maintain system configurations, master data integrity, and user access controls
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with business units to understand workflows and identify system improvement opportunities
  • Support and optimize processes across finance, operations, manufacturing, and project management functions
  • Assist in implementing system enhancements, upgrades, and new modules
  • Promote standardization of processes where appropriate while supporting business unit needs
  • Develop, maintain, and improve ERP reports, dashboards, and data extracts
  • Support business users with reporting needs and data interpretation
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems
  • Assist leadership with data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Provide training and guidance to end users on ERP functionality and best practices
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, procedures (EUP’s), and training materials
  • Support onboarding of new employees with ERP system training
  • Encourage user adoption and continuous improvement of system usage
  • Participate in ERP-related projects including enhancements, integrations, and upgrades
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of system changes
  • Work with IT and external vendors to implement technical solutions
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure adherence to data governance standards and company policies
  • Support audits by providing system data and documentation as required
  • Maintain data integrity across all ERP modules and related systems
  • Assist in developing and enforcing system controls and best practices
