About The Position

Under moderate direction, the ERP Analyst is responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying, and maintaining ERP applications. Collaborates with business partners to examine, design, and implement robust employer solutions; document system requirements; develop functional design documentation; configure solutions; and ensure thorough unit/integration testing to meet customer expectations. These professionals must have excellent problem-solving techniques, as they partner with colleagues to develop and implement new solutions to help optimize company processes, resulting in efficiencies and cost savings. May be assigned to more complex build and configuration tasks and resolve advance issues. Provides IT support to end users to ensure reliable application system availability and performance. Responsible for system integrity. Provides direction and support to team members to ensure work efforts deliver the highest business value and/or reduce system use burden. Works with functional analyst and/or business owners to optimize the effectiveness of the ERP system through workflow analysis, data collection/reporting and end-user training, with a focus on process improvement. Creates effective technical reports, demonstrations, and instructional manuals to document systems development and offer ERP software upgrade recommendations. Develops test scripts, and processes for ensuring integrity of the ERP system. Completes other duties and tasks as assigned. The ERP Analyst may be viewed as a subject matter expert on specific modules within one or more enterprise-wide systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years experience in related business or technology field - required
  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in related business or technology field - required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related Information Technology role - required

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years experience with time/attendance and scheduling systems (e.g., UKG/Kronos, Workday, or similar) - preferred
