As an ERP Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in improving system performance, driving operational efficiency, and helping teams get the most value from our technology investments. Your work will influence how information flows across the business, enabling smarter decisions, stronger customer service, and a better user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field OR a minimum of one year of experience developing, implementing, or supporting software solutions.
  • Working knowledge of databases, business applications, and software fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering accurate results.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with experience creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments, build strong relationships, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting, configuring, or administering ERP systems, preferably Eclipse ERP.
  • Experience conducting business process analysis, system testing, or software implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting, system integrations, or data management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and deliver business improvements by analyzing processes, workflows, and ERP configurations. Partner closely with associates and the Business Process team to design, test, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Maximize the value of our Eclipse ERP platform by identifying underutilized functionality, implementing new features, and recommending system enhancements that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Empower users through training and support by creating documentation, leading webinars, providing troubleshooting guidance, and developing resources that increase ERP knowledge and self-sufficiency.
  • Drive data quality and governance initiatives to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable system information, including user security settings, configurations, product records, customer data, and transactional records.
  • Lead the adoption of ERP enhancements by monitoring system updates, coordinating implementations, standardizing best practices, and maintaining clear process documentation.
  • Serve as a key technology partner by collaborating with Sonepar and third-party vendors to resolve issues, evaluate enhancements, and communicate system improvements and project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
