About The Position

You will make an impact by serving as the critical connection between site operations, warehousing and logistics teams, super-users, and the broader E1 implementation program. By supporting fit-to-standard design, testing, data readiness, change readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities, you will help ensure that local warehouse and logistics requirements are understood, risks are addressed early, and the site is prepared to operate effectively in E1. Your knowledge of regulated manufacturing environments, ERP-enabled execution, and cross-functional operations will help drive a reliable implementation and sustainable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), especially warehousing, logistics, inventory, and operations-related functionality
  • Understanding of the relationship between E1 operational processes and commercial, quality, financial, and supply chain functionality
  • Ability to support ERP-enabled process execution in a regulated manufacturing environment with strong attention to compliance and data integrity

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the site subject matter expert for Oracle E1 warehousing, logistics, and related operational processes, including Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver touchpoints
  • Partner with the site lead, area lead, business process owners, and super-users to support a successful E1 rollout
  • Support fit-to-standard sessions by capturing local requirements, validating operational impacts, and helping align the site to the global template
  • Identify gaps, risks, and change impacts related to warehouse operations, inventory movements, logistics execution, and regulated manufacturing requirements
  • Help confirm that the proposed E1 solution supports compliant, efficient, and sustainable execution of local site processes
  • Assist with test preparation by helping define local warehouse, logistics, inventory, and manufacturing execution scenarios
  • Support preparation of the local testing environment, test data, and process documentation needed for effective execution
  • Work with super-users to drive test execution, document results, escalate defects, and support timely issue resolution
  • Assist with local data extraction, cleansing, validation, and readiness activities, with emphasis on item, inventory, location, transaction, and logistics-related data
  • Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy, traceability, and compliance expectations within a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Stay current on organizational change management readiness, including training status, change impacts, business readiness, and site adoption risks
  • Support local user training, process walkthroughs, and reinforcement of standard ways of working for warehouse and logistics users
  • Ensure local warehousing and logistics steps are represented in the cutover plan and support preparation for dress rehearsal activities
  • Help coordinate and execute local cutover activities, including readiness checks, issue escalation, and completion tracking
  • Support go-live and hypercare by helping triage issues, resolve process questions, and coach super-users and end users through stabilized E1 operations
