About The Position

We are searching for an experienced ERP Business Analyst at our New Britain facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Help Improve Manufacturing Through Data, SAP, and Continuous Improvement. At Oliver Healthcare Packaging, we manufacture the sterile barrier packaging that protects critical medical devices used around the world. We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support one of our key manufacturing facilities by leveraging SAP S/4HANA, data analytics, and business intelligence to improve operational performance. Reporting to site leadership, you'll serve as the primary ERP and business analytics resource for the New Britain manufacturing facility. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and other functional teams to support daily operations, improve business processes, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data that drives our business. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your technical and analytical skills while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives at the site. As your experience grows, you'll also have opportunities to participate projects that support other sites and global business improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of experience supporting ERP systems or business analytics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience using SAP S/4HANA or another enterprise ERP system.
  • Experience developing reports or dashboards using Tableau or similar business intelligence software.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily ERP operations by monitoring transactions, investigating issues, and maintaining accurate inventory and production data within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and other functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators that provide operational insight.
  • Analyze manufacturing, inventory, labor, and production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with business process improvements by identifying data inconsistencies and recommending practical solutions.
  • Help maintain data integrity by resolving transactional issues and supporting standardized business processes.
  • Train and support users on reporting tools and business processes as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to site and enterprise projects as opportunities arise.
