About The Position
The ER Technician works in the Emergency Room under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role provides non-licensed direct patient care to patients from neonate through geriatric age. The technician assists the healthcare team by providing personal assistance and caring for patients, equipment, and supplies, as well as providing clerical and nursing-care support services. This is a full-time position at Nazareth Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with 12-hour night shifts on weekdays and occasional weekends.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Complete phlebotomy training within six months of hire.
- At least one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Phlebotomy proficiency preferred.
