About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Brenham, Texas, is hiring a full-time registered nurse for its Emergency Department. The department serves pediatric and adult patients with acute and often complex emergencies, has 15 beds, and maintains patient ratios of 1:4. The hospital is a 25-bed critical access facility providing medical and surgical care. It is accredited by The Joint Commission, designated a Level IV Trauma Center and Support Level III Stroke Facility, and has achieved American Nurse Credentialing Magnet Designation.

The role is scheduled for 36 hours per week on a self-scheduled mid shift from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. The nurse will join a team committed to safe, high-quality care and continuous improvement. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program.
• Specialized field of study in nursing.
• Valid RN license.
• BLS certification, or obtain it within 30 days of starting in the role.
