About The Position

Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is seeking an ER Tech to join its Emergency Room team. The Emergency Care Technician works under the direction and supervision of a nurse to perform selected patient care tasks and other duties. The technician follows detailed and specific instructions and verifies matters not covered with the nurse.

This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE position working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• State-level licensure or national registration as a CNA, PCA, MA, EMT, or EMT-P is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected patient care tasks and other duties under the direction and supervision of a nurse.
