Summary: This role owns daily equity mining of our Mercedes-Benz service customers. You review every service customer in the store and work those customers the same day — by phone, text, email, and in person on the service drive. The goal is service-to-sales appointments and deals, converting service customers into sales opportunities.

Requirements

Automotive sales, BDC, or service-to-sales experience preferred.
Dealership CRM or equity-mining experience is a plus.
AutoAlert training will be provided.
Comfortable on the phone and face to face with Mercedes-Benz owners.
Able to explain payment, equity, and lease terms in plain language.
Organized enough to work a daily queue of 15–30 customers.
Basic computer skills: DMS, CRM, email, and texting tools.
Willing to learn AutoAlert workflows.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to work on site during service hours.

Responsibilities

Log into AutoAlert at the start of each day and work the service appointment list in advance of the customers arriving: All pending appointments and walk in customers.
Review each day’s 15–30 service customers and pull the customer’s vehicle, payment, equity position, and recommended offer from AutoAlert and confirm details against the DMS before contacting them.
Contact customers the same day they are in service or scheduled.
Use the word track that matches the alert type.
Log every attempt and outcome in AutoAlert and the CRM.
Meet customers in the service lounge and or drive when they are on site.
Present a clear payment comparison and next step (appraisal, test drive, manager introduction, or scheduled appointment).
Hand warm opportunities to a sales consultant or sales manager with the equity numbers, offer, and notes already prepared.
Stay with the deal through the hand off.
Follow up on unsold opportunities the next business day and through the week until the customer buys, declines, or is no longer a fit.
Track daily activity: customers reviewed, contacts made, appointments set, showroom introductions, and units sold from service.
Report results to the general manager.
Keep customer data accurate.
Flag bad phone numbers, sold units, and do-not-contact requests so the mining list stays clean.
Coordinate with service advisors so equity conversations do not interfere with the repair order, and so high-estimate ROs are flagged early.
