About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is hiring an Equipment Support II to assist drivers and customers with loading and unloading equipment onto trailers for transport. The role also involves operating equipment and ensuring it is clean and ready for rent. Work is performed outside in a yard at the branch. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, overtime eligibility, and pay starting at $19 per hour depending on experience, with weekly pay and a quarterly branch performance bonus. Requirements
- Previous experience operating construction equipment or general labor experience is preferred; one year is specified.
- Comfort operating equipment.
- Comfort working outdoors in varying elements in a yard.
- Strong focus on safety.
- Good organizational skills and motivation to meet goals.
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to help team members.
- Self-motivated, driven, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Full range of motion; frequent climbing in and out of equipment is required.
- Self-starter who shows initiative.

- Bilingual Spanish skills.
