About The Position

Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Equipment Support I. This role starts at $18.50-$23/HR, paid weekly, with a Monday-Friday morning shift schedule. Sunstate is a proud Second Chance employer that evaluates every candidate on a case-by-case basis. Previous experience operating construction equipment is a plus, not a requirement. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with others and a full range of motion, as you will be climbing in and out of equipment frequently. Being bilingual is a plus. We are looking for self-starters who are willing to learn and show initiative, as there is room for growth within the company.
