About The Position
Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Equipment Support II to join their team. This role is crucial in assisting drivers, mechanics, and customers with the operations, loading, and unloading of equipment for transport. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating equipment, ensuring it is clean and ready for rent, and working outdoors in various elements. Safety is a top priority, and the role requires a team player with a desire for a rewarding career and potential for advancement. Full range of motion and agility are necessary due to frequent climbing in and out of equipment.
Requirements
- Previous 1 year of experience with operating construction equipment, or construction experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable operating equipment.
- Must be comfortable working outside within the elements within our shop, branch, and yard.
- Prioritize safety within the workplace.
- Be a team player willing to help your team members meet performance goals.
- Be driven to have a rewarding career with a growing company, there's room for advancement!
