Requirements

  • Veteran encouraged—military experience is highly valued and a great fit for this role.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to shipping locations as needed.
  • Must pass an extensive FBI background check
  • Current Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit OR the eligibility to obtain a Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit, including completing all required courses.
  • Ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds for inventory and shipping needs.
  • Availability to occasionally work weekends to support firearm shows, with company provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a secure, professional, and welcoming environment.
  • Document, ship, and track firearm materials with strict adherence to all legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage and maintain two websites, ensuring online orders are processed promptly and accurately, and fully fulfill online delivery orders.
  • Attend and support all ATF inquiries and inspections, ensuring full compliance with federal regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party personnel responsible for the delivery and setup of building containers.
  • Generating and managing invoices to support smooth financial operation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, order and manage office supplies, and maintain well-functioning workspace.
  • Scan, copy, and organize essential documents to support administrative efficiency.
