About The Position

The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. As a front-line customer contact, the specialist understands customers’ equipment needs, negotiates rental terms, and places orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to deliver customer satisfaction. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
Strong customer service and telephone skills.
Solid computer and administrative skills.
Ability to meet physical demands including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more.
Ability to work indoors or outdoors when required by the job.

Nice To Haves

Previous equipment rental industry experience.
Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
Bilingual ability, such as Spanish, which may be preferred in some locations.
