About The Position

The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role responsible for supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. As a frontline customer contact, the specialist identifies equipment needs, negotiates, and places orders. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish or another language may be preferred in some locations.
