About The Position

The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. As a frontline customer contact, the specialist understands equipment needs, negotiates rental terms, and places orders. The role also requires strong administrative skills and a professional attitude to deliver customer satisfaction. The position offers steady hours, potential overtime, on-the-job training, and potential career growth through outside sales or operational management career tracks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual ability, such as Spanish, which may be preferred in some locations.
