About The Position

The Equipment Rental Specialist is an inside sales role supporting telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction and industrial equipment. As a front-line customer contact, the specialist identifies customers’ equipment needs, negotiates and places orders, and provides customer satisfaction through a professional attitude. The role also requires strong administrative skills. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual ability (Spanish or another language may be preferred in some locations).
