About The Position
T2 Contracting, INC. is hiring a full-time Equipment Operator in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. The operator will use heavy machinery to support civil infrastructure and commercial construction projects. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. The role involves equipment inspections, moving earth and materials, applying grease, laying pipe, and reporting equipment usage hours. The position requires physical fitness for manual labor. Applicants may be required to pass a background check and/or drug screening.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Valid driver's license with a REAL-ID star.
- References.
- GPS knowledge.
- Experience operating heavy machinery.

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes.
- Conduct equipment inspections.
- Maneuver earth and materials efficiently.
- Apply grease to equipment.
- Perform pipe-laying operations.
- Report equipment usage hours.
