About The Position

CMC is hiring an Equipment Operator for its recycling operations. The role involves operating production equipment according to established procedures and guidelines, maintaining a clean and orderly work area and equipment, and following safety regulations. The operator participates in CMC Safety Programs and proactively supports the company's safety culture. Other tasks may be assigned by a supervisor. Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Previous experience operating a forklift, skid steer, loader, or similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a recycling and/or manufacturing environment.
• Prior knowledge of metal identification.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
