Equipment Operator - Full Time Shifts

About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. The role supports effective order fulfillment by moving efficiently to ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. Employees receive on-the-job training to qualify on powered industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. Available schedules are night shifts: Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:45 a.m., or until shift completion; or Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m., or until shift completion. Shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. Mandatory overtime may be required, and employees may sometimes need to work beyond scheduled hours during periods of high demand. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance. Starting pay is $19.90 per hour, with possible additional incentives based on shift and equipment operation. Eligible material handlers may participate in a performance-based incentive plan; top performers may earn up to approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus or long-term incentives.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Ability to walk up to 10 miles throughout a shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift.
