Equipment Operator - Full Time Shifts
About The Position
McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center to support accurate and timely fulfillment and shipment of healthcare products. The role involves working efficiently throughout a shift and may include operating power industrial equipment and advanced automation after on-the-job training and certification. Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 9:00 p.m. to 5:45 a.m., or Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:45 p.m.; shifts may continue until completion. Mandatory overtime may be required. Starting pay is $19.90 per hour, with possible shift and equipment-operation incentives. Eligible material handlers may earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, though available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
- Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds repetitively throughout a shift without assistance; weight varies by product.
