About The Position

Venture Solutions is seeking an Equipment Operator to join its team in Fort Worth, Texas. The operator prepares and runs printing press equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards and procedures. The role includes preparing inks, checking paper and plates, inspecting printed forms, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with the Production Team to prioritize work and respond to deadline changes. The position is on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
High degree of mechanical ability.
Good reading ability.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.

Responsibilities

Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards and procedures.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance to ensure optimum output.
Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
Check plates for correct format.
Visually inspect forms throughout production runs for quality.
Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize work to meet deadline changes and updates.
Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for the job and equipment.
