About The Position

Looking for a hands-on career with travel, great earning potential, and opportunities to grow? Sanco Services is hiring motivated Equipment Installers to join our growing team. We ‘re looking for dependable individuals with strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and willing to travel. Previous installer experience is helpful, but this role.

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Problem solving skills
Trouble shooting skills
Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
Possess a clean driving record
Must be able to travel to customer locations for 2-3 weeks at a time
Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and forklifts
Work comfortably on a ladder and/or scaffolding

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or certification in a skilled trade is a plus
Welding experience is a plus
Previous installer experience is helpful

Responsibilities

Install new and used equipment by following established processes and procedures
Ensure each installation is consistent with the next and meets the standard and customer’s needs
Work independently in a field service environment while displaying a professional and confident relationship with the customer
Diagnosing issues with re-installed equipment using diagnostic software
Order parts needed for each job
Complete documentation when job is completed
Communicate effectively with customers
Maintain a high level of cleanliness
