About The Position

The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, and releasing all rental equipment and attachments, as well as new or used sales and service machines in co-locations. The role also maintains the rental yard for easy access and directs deliveries of new equipment and returns. The position is located in Manassas, Virginia, and works the first shift.

Requirements

Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
Be self-directed and organized, and able to interact with peers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with competing demands.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work additional hours to meet business and customer needs.
Excellent driving record.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating construction equipment.
Previous experience operating a forklift.
