About The Position

The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for loading, unloading, receiving, and releasing all rental equipment and attachments, as well as new or used sales and service machines in co-locations. The role also maintains the rental yard for easy access and directs the delivery of new equipment and returns. The position is based in Manassas, Virginia, on the first shift, with a starting compensation range of $26.39 to $33.18 per hour. Candidates must be able to operate heavy equipment safely, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support positive customer experiences while upholding Carter Machinery’s Core Values of Integrity, Commitment, Excellence, and Teamwork. Additional hours may be needed to meet business and customer needs.

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to interact with peers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks with competing demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work additional hours to meet business and customer needs.
• Excellent driving record.
