We are looking for a seasoned EPM/ERP Transformation Lead for a large-scale, multi-year finance transformation program. This is a high-visibility engagement at the intersection of enterprise cloud modernization, finance process redesign, and organizational change anchored around a full reimplementation of the client's EPM and ERP landscape into a cloud-native solution. This is not a technical development or systems administration role, but a domain expert and program leadership position. You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and transformation guide, someone who has been through multiple cloud implementations before, can speak credibly to what "good" looks like, and can help stakeholders think through process redesign, system fit, and organizational readiness at every stage of the journey. The program is centered on a transformation initiative moving from legacy, on-premise systems to a cloud-native EPM and ERP architecture (Oracle or equivalent), with a strong emphasis on reimagining planning, forecasting, and reporting processes rather than a lift-and-shift migration. The near-term priority will be focused on the EPM and FP&A workstream, with ERP modernization to follow. You will help lead and coordinate a cross-functional program team, engage closely with senior stakeholders, and serve as the connective tissue between strategy, process design, and execution.
