About The Position

ICM America is looking for experienced Epicor Manufacturing Consultants to support us in various implementation projects. We require a background in manufacturing and 5+ years of Epicor manufacturing consulting experience (v9, v10, Kinetic). The engagements with clients will be spread among several locations and will require up to 50% travel on a regular basis. Experience with six-sigma, and lean manufacturing is a definite plus. Join us and take your career to the next level! Our functional consultants will lead and build implementations for our mostly manufacturing customers over the different implementation phases. They will: Understand and document the customer’s processes thoroughly during the discovery phase, Lead and agree on the future processes and set up in EPICOR, based on their thorough Epicor knowledge in the Prototype phase. Configure and build the future system for the customer in the Build Phase Test and validate the functionality built with the customer in the Test phase Conduct and support go live. Do data Preparation and migration into Epicor with DMT Work on Configuration and Support in a special projects and managed services setting The modules include sales, engineering, and manufacturing processes for Make-to-Order, Assemble-to-Order and Engineer-to-Order manufacturers.

Requirements

Background in manufacturing
5+ years of Epicor manufacturing consulting experience (v9, v10, Kinetic)
Good understanding of Epicor Manufacturing modules
At least 5 years of experience in Epicor Manufacturing
Worked with at least 3 different Epicor Clients
Ability to use toolsets (BAQ, BPM, SSRS, Application Studio)
US Citizen or green card, no sponsorships
Willingness to travel up to 50%+
Fluent English speaker
Experience in Implementing business processes through analysis
Strong Communication skills
Accustomed to doing proper documentation
